Hey! So, I bought Lion Brand Vanna's Choice for my red scarf project which is a nice acrylic, but probably not the best choice for that pattern. A) It's not DK weight, it's a pretty thick worsted, B) That pattern rolls up and I'm not going to be able to block it at all! I wanted a skinnier scarf than what Sandi made (b/c I have less yardage and less time then what the pattern calls for). So, I CO 28 sts instead of 38 and knit the chart as written instead of repeating. That's why I only have 2 circles instead of 3. I think it looks fine. It's a fairly quick knit ...
you do have the teacher means business look...i love this! what a great idea you had i think i will use my linenisle along with another yarn to get me to gauge. now i just have to chose one to use!
